SPECIFICATION #10-03
The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority, Camden County, New Jersey will receive sealed bids for HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF DEWATERED SLUDGE CAKE.
Bids will be received until 11:00 AM, prevailing time on the 18th day of MARCH 2010 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the first floor conference room at the CCMUA Administration Building, 1645 Ferry Avenue, Camden, New Jersey.

No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled date and time of opening bids. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et.seq., pertaining to Affirmative Action, a copy of which is on file with the Authority.
The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposal and reject any or all proposals.
All bidders and their subcontractors competing for CCMUA contracts must provide a copy of their Business Registration Certificate at the time the bid is submitted. Failure to do so is a fatal defect in your bid proposal which cannot be cured.
