NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SPECIFICATION #09-24B
The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority, Camden County, New Jersey will receive sealed bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BULK LIQUID OXYGEN.
Bids will be received until 11:00 AM, prevailing time on the 3th day of FEBRUARY 2010 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the first floor conference room at the CCMUA Administration Building, 1645 Ferry Avenue, Camden, New Jersey.

No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled date and time of opening bids. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et.seq., pertaining to Affirmative Action, a copy of which is on file with the Authority.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a guarantee payable to the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority. The proposal guarantee shall be in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the bid but in no case in excess of $20,000 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21, and shall be given at the option of the bidder by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. If contract IS awarded, the bidder shall enter in contract thereof and shall furnish a Performance Bond (100% of contract price) as guarantee.
The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposal and reject any or all proposals.
All bidders and their subcontractors competing for CCMUA contracts must provide a copy of their Business Registration Certificate at the time the bid is submitted. Failure to do so is a fatal defect in your bid proposal which cannot be cured.
This bid is being solicited through the "Fair & Open process" provided by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20-4 et seq.

REQUEST FOR CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Notice is herby given that the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority (CCMUA) is requesting proposals for CASHMANAGEMENT SERVICES. Copies of the Request For Proposals are available upon written request from; CCMUA, 1645 Ferry Avenue, First Floor, Camden, New Jersey 08104 attention Douglas Burns, Chief Accountant.
Proposals must be submitted to Doug Burns, Chief Accountant, at the above address. Proposals are scheduled to be opened on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the first floor conference room, CCMUA Administration Building. Any proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned unopened. No proposals will be accepted after the above referenced date. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the RFP clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Proposals may not be emailed, faxed or transmitted over the telephone or computer.
Please Submit your proposal in lay person's terms.
The CCMUA assumes no responsibility for delays from any form of carrrier, mail or delivery service causing the proposal to be received at the CCMUA later than the above-referenced scheduled opening.
Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
The CCMUA Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted in the best interest of the CCMUA and the Board further reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal should it be in the best interest of the CCMUA.
Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). The CCMUA will apply the New Jersey "Fair & Open" laws in this RFP process.
This Request For Proposals does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the CCMUA may choose a contractor(s) that may best meet(s) the CCMUA's needs. It is the CCMUA's intent that no statutory, regulatory, or common law bidding requirement apply to this Request for Proposals.
