CAMDEN COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority intends to participate in the Sourcewell (Formally known as the National Joint Powers Alliance – NJPA) contract in the category: Snow & Ice Handling Equipment, Supplies and Accessories, Sourcewell Contract #080818-JJT with J&J Truck bodies & Trailers, A Division of Somerset Welding & Steel Inc, 10558 Somerset Pike, Somerset, PA 15501 for the purchase of (1) 2020 Western Star Chassis with 25.333 Cubic Yard Dynahauler Dump Body.

Information regarding the contract may be found in the Camden County M.U.A. Purchasing Department, 1645 Ferry Avenue, Camden, NJ 08104 during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/080818-jjt. Contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a Purchase Order and shall terminate upon delivery of the (1) 2020 Western Star Chassis with 25.333 Cubic Yard Dynahauler Dump Body.

Sourcewell Contract period: October 29, 2018 to October 29, 2022

It is the intent of the Camden County M.U.A. to make a contract award to J&J Truck bodies & Trailers, A Division of Somerset Welding & Steel Inc, 10558 Somerset Pike, Somerset, PA 15501 pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Request for Proposal.  The Camden County M.U.A. is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
