Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for #22-03 Grit & Scum Removal Services will be received by the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority office, located at 1645 Ferry Avenue, Camden, New Jersey 08104 until April 19, 2022 at 11:30 AM and then will be publicly opened and read aloud remotely via Zoom. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification and be enclosed in a sealed package. Package is to bear the name and address of the Bidder, Bid Name, Number, Opening Date and Time on the outside, addressed to Attention Purchasing Department, Camden County Municipal Utility Authority, 1645 Ferry Avenue, Camden, NJ 08104.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27); AND

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable.

NOTICE OF ADDENDUM #1

The attention of all bidders for Bid #22-03 GRIT & SCUM REMOVAL SERVICES is directed to Addendum #1 as originally scheduled to open remote via zoom on April 19, 2022 at 11:30 AM is rescheduled to open April 29, 2022 at 11:30 AM. However, the zoom link remains unchanged.

Additional Specification documents will be added to the Bid Package.

All provisions of the Bid documents not affected by this addendum shall remain in full force and effect.  

A copy of this addendum will be sent in a manner authorized by law to all vendors who have received the bid specifications and will also be available in the Purchasing Department, Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority, Camden, NJ 08104.
