Online Bill Pay is Here!

Whether you forgot to mail your payment in or you're just looking for the quickest and easiest way to pay your bill, we now offer online bill pay. By clicking through just a couple of screens, your payment will be electronically deducted from your checking or savings account and applied to your bill quickly and securely.

(If you would prefer to pay by phone, you can! Just call 1-800-966-7995 and follow the voice prompts.)

There will be a fee of $1.75. The fee for this service is not paid to our Authority, but directly to the company which processes the payments. It has been decided that the extra costs of online payment should not be charged to customers who do not use this service.

Step #1 - Access Our Online Bill Pay Website

Click on the link here:
https://dimension2.princetonecom.com/otp/StartAction.do?CCMUA or copy and paste it into your Web browser's address area to access our online bill pay Website. When you access the site, you will be greeted by the Welcome screen like the one that appears below.

One the Welcome screen, simply enter your CCMUA nine digit account number and your ZIP code to proceed. You can find both the account number and ZIP code on your billing statement that you receive in the mail.

Step #2 - Confirm Your Information

Once you have entered a valid matching account number and ZIP code, the system will present you with the Account Information Confirmation screen, showing you the name on your account and the current amount due.

Please note that the amount due may not reflect any recent payments that you may have made. To continue, simply select a form of payment you wish to use (check or ATM/Debit Card).

Step #3 - Payment Information

After you have selected your payment method on the Account Information Screen, you are presented with the Payment Information screen where your payment information can be entered. This screen is shown below and will vary in how it looks depending on the payment method you select.

Simply follow the on screen instructions to enter the information from your check or your ATM/debit card.

Step #4 - Confirm Your Payment

Once your payment information is entered and you have pressed the "Continue" button on the Payment Information screen, you will be shown a Confirmation screen similar to the one shown below.

If all of the information you entered is correct for your payment, press "Confirm" to submit your payment or simply press "Modify" to make any changes.

Step #5 - Thank You!

A final Payment Confirmation screen is present once you submit your payment. You can print this screen or have the information e-mailed to you by entering your e-mail address.
