Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27).

ADDENDUM #1
CAMDEN COUNTY MUA

Notice is hereby given of the issuance of Addendum #1 for Specification #24-03 Supply &
Delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite Solutions.
A) The originally scheduled bid opening of March 27, 2024 at 11:30 AM has changed to
April 2, 2024 at 11:30 AM.
B) In the Bidder’s Checklist Item 10 & 11 are not required for the bid.
C) In the bid Instructions To Bidders, Paragraph 24, Compliance with Public Works
Contractor Registration Act, and Paragraph 26, Bids for Construction/Disclosure of
Subcontractors, are not required for the bid.
All provisions of the Bid documents not affected by this addendum shall remain in full force and
effect.
A copy of this addendum will be sent in a manner authorized by law to all vendors who have
received the bid specifications and will also be available in the Purchasing Department, Camden
County Municipal Utilities Authority, Camden, NJ 08104.
